EASTER SERVICES THIS WEEK: GOOD FRIDAY (9:00-9:45am)  and  EASTER SUNDAY (10:00-11:30am)

As a family oriented church, we provide a number of ministries catering specifically for children & youth. Our aim is to provide a safe space for all to learn about Jesus and have fun with friends.

Oasis Youth (High School)

Following a time of corporate family worship, the youth head off to Oasis. This is a great time for the young people to connect with one another, discuss hot topics, pray & plunge into the Word together.

Kids' Church (Pre-school to Year 6)

Again, following our time of corporate family worship, the children head off to Kids' Church, where age-appropriate activities are provided by a committed teaching team. This runs during our service each Sunday, and caters for children from Pre-school through to Year 6 in small groups according to age.

Crèche

A crèche/parents' space is provided for children aged 0-3 during our Sunday service as required. Access is available to toys & there is an audio-visual provision of the Sunday program.

School Holiday Camps: Primary School Years 4-6, High School, & Additional Needs 15-21 year olds

Our church has a close affiliation with Camp Kedron, in Ingleside. Enjoyable and popular camps are held in January, April, July, and October school holidays.

See Camp Kedron website for more details.

Special Religious Education

We have several members of our church involved in teaching Scripture in local St Ives Schools.

Child & Vulnerable People's Safety at St Ives Community Church

We take Child & Vulnerable People's Safety seriously and are implementing the NSW Child Safe Standards.

Our Children & Youth ministry team members hold Working with Children Checks, adhere to our Code of Conduct and are trained in Child safety.

All members and visitors should feel safe, welcomed, listened to, and supported. We welcome feedback and are seeking to maintain a child safe culture throughout our Church by regular review of our processes.
